At God's Journalist, our mission is simple yet profound: we are a Gospel-centered ministry committed to making disciples in all nations. While we offer online support as a Christian Resource Center, it's important to note that we are not a church. The true Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. As born-again Christians, we are temples of the Holy Spirit, grafted into the true vine—Jesus Christ.

What is the Church?

When many hear the word "church," they often think of a building—somewhere we visit on Sundays. We get ready, navigate traffic, and find a seat. However, in this routine, it’s easy to overlook a critical truth: we don’t just go to church—we are the Church.

As described by Paul in 1 Timothy 5, the Church is made up of people dedicated to reaching out and helping others. We, as the Church, carry the responsibility to serve and care for those in need, both within and outside our communities. It’s in this mission that lives are truly transformed by Jesus Christ.

Our Calling as Disciples

While each of us is a temple of the Holy Spirit, gathering with other believers remains essential. The local church is crucial for our spiritual growth, fellowship, and accountability. We need real churches, led by real leaders, who follow the Holy Spirit's guidance in obedience to God.
