Advertising and Promotion Policy

At Cody’s Community and on our Google Site, we welcome relevant promotions and advertisements that align with our values and mission. However, to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all members, all advertisements and promotional content must adhere to the following guidelines.

General Guidelines
For Advertisements and Promotions:

Pre-Approval Requirement:

All advertisements, promotional materials, or affiliate content must be approved by an admin before being posted or shared on the site or in any of our community groups.

Submission Process:

Submit your advertisement or promotion request via email to the community admin.

The request should include:

A detailed description of the promotion.

All images, links, or content intended for posting.

Provide a clear reason for why the promotion is relevant to the community and how it benefits our members.

Review Timeline:

Admins will review all submissions within 5-14 business days.

If the promotion aligns with our community values, you will receive approval via email, along with any necessary edits or recommendations.

If the promotion does not meet our standards, it will be rejected, and feedback will be provided on why it was declined.

Non-Approved Content:

Any advertisements or promotions posted without prior approval will be immediately removed.

Offenders who post unapproved content will be given a warning.

Enforcement of the Policy:

Three Warning System:

First Offense: The content will be deleted, and the user will receive a first warning with an explanation.

Second Offense: A second warning will be issued, and the user will be reminded of the advertising policy.

Third Offense: After the third offence, the user will be permanently banned from the community. As we say, “Hasta la vista, baby!”

Immediate Bans:

In the case of severe violations, such as the posting of inappropriate, multiple posts, harmful, or malicious content, an immediate ban will be enforced, without the three-warning process.

This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our platform and community. We strive to create a space where every post adds value and is relevant to our mission, without disruptive or unrelated advertising.
